With more than two decades in endurance sport and over 15 years coaching athletes, I’ve built Fuel The Finish around one core belief:
Performance should elevate your life — not consume it.
I work with driven professionals who want to compete at a high level while balancing careers, families, and full lives. My coaching integrates endurance training, strength development, and performance nutrition into one cohesive system designed for long-term success.

My journey into endurance sport didn’t begin on a podium.
It began after a health emergency that forced me to reassess everything. What started as a personal commitment to regain strength turned into a lifelong pursuit of endurance performance.
Since then, I’ve completed multiple Ironman races, marathons, and ultra-distance events. I’ve experienced the PR's, podiums, burnout, the breakthroughs, the injuries, and the comebacks.
That lived experience shapes how I coach today.
I understand the grind.
But more importantly, I understand sustainability.
